YouTube Shooter Possibly Shot Her Boyfriend Before Committing Suicide

A female shooter at YouTube’s Headquarters was found dead of an apparent suicide after wounding at least three others

  • At around noon police stormed the building and found the female suspect dead from an apparent suicide

  • A 36-year-old male was in critical condition and two females were said to be in serious and fair condition

A female shooter is dead, and at least three are injured following a shooting at YouTube’s headquarters in San Bruno, California on Tuesday.

Police stormed the building at around noon after receiving a call of an active shooter. San Bruno Police Chief Ed Barberini stated that the suspect, an unidentified female, was found dead from an apparent suicide. The four injured employees were found in the building in an adjacent business.

Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital is treating three of the victims. A 36-year-old male who is said to be in critical condition, a 32-year-old female in serious condition and a 27-year-old female in fair condition. The hospital said they are not expecting any more victims from the shooting.

Barberini has said there is no known motive at this time. Unconfirmed reports state that the shooting is being investigated as a domestic issue. It is believed that one of the victims is the woman’s boyfriend. She has been described to be in her late thirties.

Following the shooting, social media has already been falsely identifying the shooter’s identity, and of course, already placed the blame on Sam Hyde.

Hyde is a comedian often blamed for tragedies and mass shootings by trolls. Thanks to 4chan, after the deadly shooting at First Baptist Church in Sutherland, Texas, Rep Vicente Gonzalez stated Hyde was the shooter in a live interview with CNN.

Other rumors have already begun to spread on social media as well. The shooter has already been called a Muslim, and some are already blaming the NRA, and of course, some are saying it is another “false flag” to take people’s guns.
