Friday morning the body of 56-year-old Robert Pearson was found hanging at the Valley Bowman Huddersfield Club in Meltham, a town in West Yorkshire, England.

Pearson, originally of Honley, in West Yorkshire, pleaded guilty to “sexting” to who he thought was a teenage boy. In reality, Pearson was sexting a member of the pedophile hunting group ‘Team Impact’. Pearson believed he was making sexual advances to a 14-year-old boy.

In January, Team Impact confronted Pearson at his home. The incident was filmed and later posted to social media sites. The entire confrontation with Pearson is 31 minutes long and was uploaded to the YouTube channel ‘Nameless Jamie Lee’ on January 24.

During the confrontation, Pearson’s wife returns to the residence, but the man doing the interview is heard telling someone to allow her to go in through the back. Pearson was arrested on the scene.
