Why did the FBI close their investigation on Hillary Clinton so quickly

The FBI decided to end their investigation on Hillary Clinton’s email scandal

  • FBI Director James Comey announced Sunday that the FBI would not be pursuing an investigation against Clinton

  • Comey made the decision to investigate after emails were discovered on Anthony Weiner’s computer that could have pertained to the mishandling of confidential information by Clinton

  • Weiner is under investigation after allegedly sending lewd messages to an underage girl

  • Talks of Clinton’s ties to an international pedophile ring are quickly spreading throughout the Web

On Sunday, FBI Director James Comey made the announcement that Hillary Clinton had been cleared, again, after a review of new emails. Comey announced last month that the FBI discovered new emails in a separate investigation that could tie into Clinton’s mishandling of classified information.

Anthony Weiner

The decision to investigate Clinton so late in the election sparked outrage in Democrats. The decision came after the FBI found emails that were possibly linked to the original Clinton investigation on former congressman Anthony Weiner’s computer.

Weiner is being investigated over lewd messages he allegedly sent to an underage girl. Not only was Weiner a former congressman, but he is also the estranged husband of Clinton aide Huma Abedin.

Upon confiscating a computer that is thought to be used to message the underage girl, the FBI believed there were possibly emails related to the Clinton investigation. That is when Comey wrote the letter to Congress stating the FBI was going to reopen their investigation into Clinton.

Much to everyone’s surprise, Comey announced on Sunday that the FBI was once again closing the investigation on Clinton.

Donald Trump reacts to the FBI closing their investigation

Those who were infuriated by the decision believed the FBI’s handling of the investigation a mockery of the judicial system. Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump commented, “You can’t review 650,000 new emails in eight days. You can’t do it, folks.”

Trump went on to say, “Hillary Clinton is guilty. She knows it, the FBI knows it, the people know it, and now it’s up to the American people to deliver justice at the ballot box on November 8.”

The FBI was not looking through all 650,000 emails

Trump does have a valid point. How could the FBI claim to have reviewed 650,000 emails in less than two weeks?

The only logical answer is that they did not review all 650,000 emails. Chances are, they were also not allowed to review all 650,000 emails in regards to the Clinton investigation. There are a view things that must be taken into account with the FBI’s recent decision.

While some believe that Clinton is just too powerful to be indicted, which very well could be the case, there could be a few other reasons why the investigation was ended so quickly.

Something darker

Between the WikiLeaks email dump on John Podesta, and Weiner’s questionable associates and alleged relations with minors, many are wondering if there is evidence of something much darker and nefarious at play. Namely, an international child sex ring involving some of the world’s most influential people.

Here is the problem with the Weiner emails. The FBI requested to look at emails related to their original investigation of Clinton. Meaning, they only had permission to look through those emails that were directly related to their first investigation, which was to see if Clinton had mishandled classified information.

It was said that there were only thousands of emails on Weiner’s computer to, or from, Clinton. These emails were the only ones that the FBI had permission to look at in regards to the Hillary Clinton email fiasco.

While Weiner’s computer did contain 650,000 emails, not all of them were related to Clinton. There was also an unknown number of emails that were duplicates from the original investigation. The FBI was only interested in emails that had been previously unseen in regards to their initial investigation.

While Weiner’s emails have a good chance of containing other dirt against Clinton, the FBI will not be able to pursue that without permission for a new investigation from the Department of Justice.

As of now, the Clinton Foundation is still under investigation, and an investigation into what could be the world’s largest pedophile ring has not even begun. So now we are officially at a stand still until solid evidence is able to trigger an investigation into these new accusations, or to possibly see a new investigation opened against Clinton.
